Learn Siemens Simatic Manager Step 7 v5.7, S7-300 PLC & Factory IO Learning Outcomes •Primary computer and PLC knowledge. •With the Siemens S7-300, students will study PLC hardware, wiring, and communication. •Students will learn to use the MPI Interface to connect the S7-300 PLC to the PC. •Simulated PLC and Factory IO will be made available to the students. •Students will practice programming principles while learning Siemens •Simatic Manager PLC Software from scratch. •Students will study ladder logic for PLC programming. •Students will use factory I/O Applications to practice programming principles. Although we will primarily utilize simulation mode, I will use S7-300 PLC hardware to help students comprehend the hardware configuration, wiring, and troubleshooting ideas.
