"Pathways to Liberation: A Self-Assessment Matrix and Journal" is a collaborative project created by Jacob Gotwals, Jack Lehman, Jim Manske and Jori Manske. Jack, Jim and Jori are all Certified Trainers with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). In 2008 they started writing about skills for transforming life and relationships, in the service of creating a world of personal and systemic wellbeing and collaboration. They worked together for 3 years to create a list of skills and a measure of their development ranging from unskilled to awakening to capable to integrated. This matrix has become a component of the CNVC certification process, but can be used as a tool of reflection and personal growth by anyone who is seeking greater awareness and embodiment of compassionate consciousness. This book will help you to reflect on your own actions and determine where you have the opportunity to move towards ever increasing mutuality and empowered co-creativity with the people around you.
